Level 01
Glass only
The panes cleaned, and nothing else touched. The quick refresh for rooms that are otherwise in good shape.
~$8per window
Inside glass, sills and tracks — done at the level the room needs, from a quick glass clean to a full steam of the frames and tracks.
Three levels of service
Inside work isn't one job. A picture window in a bright living room and a window over a kitchen sink want different things, so you pick the level. Prices are per window and approximate — your quote is free and firm before we start.
Level 01
The panes cleaned, and nothing else touched. The quick refresh for rooms that are otherwise in good shape.
~$8per window
Level 02
The panes cleaned and the frames wiped down, so the glass isn't sitting in a border of dust when we leave.
$10–$15per window
Level 03
The panes cleaned, then the frames and the tracks steam cleaned — for the build-up down in the channel that a cloth only ever moves around.
$20–$30per window
How we think about it
Note 01
Plenty of jobs are level one upstairs and level three in the kitchen. Tell us which rooms bother you and we'll price it that way rather than making you round up.
Note 02
A window track collects grit, and a damp cloth mostly just moves grit around and turns it to mud. Steam lifts it out of the channel instead, which is the difference between a track that looks wiped and one that's actually empty.
Note 03
You live behind it. You see it backlit in the morning, flat at noon and lit from inside at night, every day. Interior glass is the fussier half of the job.
Also on the truck
Prairie dust, hard-water spotting, and whatever the last storm left on your glass — lifted off with water-fed poles and pure filtered water.
Eavestroughs cleared by hand and downspouts flushed, so meltwater goes where it's supposed to instead of into your basement.
