Interior window cleaning
Inside glass, sills and tracks — done at the level the room needs, from a quick glass clean to a full steam of the frames and tracks.
- Level 1 — glass only, around $8 a window
- Level 2 — glass and frames, $10–$15
- Level 3 — glass, frames and tracks steamed, $20–$30
Gutters & downspouts
Eavestroughs cleared by hand and downspouts flushed, so meltwater goes where it's supposed to instead of into your basement.

Good window cleaning lasts. We rinse with pure filtered water and leave nothing behind on the glass, so the view you have on the day we finish is the view you keep. More light in the room, a house that feels clean, fresh and looked after.
Prairie weather occasionally has other ideas, not often but sometimes. If that's the case, tell us and we'll come back out as soon as we can. After all, you paid for clean windows. We want them to last too.

Rain, wind or blowing dust on your glass inside two weeks of a window cleaning and we come back and put it right, at no charge.
14-day satisfaction window
If we missed something, or the sun hits the glass and it isn't quite right, tell us inside two weeks and we're happy to come back and touch it up.
