Exterior window cleaning

Prairie dust, hard-water spotting, and whatever the last storm left on your glass — lifted off with water-fed poles and pure filtered water.

What's included

Every visit, every time.

  • Frames and glass scrubbed and rinsed
  • Cobwebs cleared from around the frames

How we do it

Most of it happens from the ground.

We're as comfortable with a mop and squeegee as anyone, and we still reach for them where they're the right tool. But most exterior work is done with water-fed poles — a long carbon-fibre pole running pure filtered water up to the glass from where we're standing.

Reason 01

No ladders against your house

A ladder has to lean on something, and boots have to stand somewhere. Over enough visits that means dented siding, scuffed eaves and footprints through the flower bed. Working from the ground means none of that ever comes up.

Reason 02

Nothing but pure water

The water is filtered until there is nothing left in it but water — no soap, no solvents, nothing with a warning label. Nothing runs off into your garden or onto your patio, and nothing needs rinsing off afterwards.

Reason 03

The clean tends to last

Think about what soap is actually for: it attracts dirt and holds onto it. Traditional cleaning leaves a faint soap residue behind, and that residue starts collecting the next layer of dust straight away. Pure water leaves nothing for dust to stick to.

Reason 04

Fresh water at every window

There's no bucket. The water is filtered on its way to the glass, so the last window's dirt never arrives at the next one on a cloth or in a bucket of grey water.

Reason 05

Frames get rinsed on the way past

The brush and the water go over the frames as well as the glass, so you don't end up with clean panes sitting in a dirty border, which is what people notice from inside the house.

Reason 06

The awkward ones stop being awkward

Over a deck, above a garden bed, on ground that isn't level — the windows you can't safely stand a ladder under are just another window when the water goes up and you don't.
